A "No-Hassle" Car Purchase I recently had the daunting task of having to find a vehicle to replace one that had been totalled in an automobile accident. I researched vehicles o I recently had the daunting task of having to find a vehicle to replace one that had been totalled in an automobile accident. I researched vehicles online for days and had settled on three different models at three separate dealerships. The first dealer I eliminated must have been real busy because it seemed to take forever for the salesman to get back with me. The second dealer I eliminated must have had similar problems because their salesman also had difficulties with follow-up calls. My experience with Allen Turner was altogether different. Not only did the salesmen return calls, but they were more than willing to answer all of my questions. I initially spoke with Todd Lawrence and he assured me he could help me find the car I was looking for. I stopped by a couple of days later and as luck would have it, Todd was off that afternoon. I considered coming back on another day, but another salesman, Joey Evers, offered to locate the vehicle I had come to look at that afternoon and accompany me on a test drive. We took a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe out for a drive and Joey answered all the questions I had at that time. I was impressed with the vehicle and decided to go ahead and make the purchase, but asked if I could get back with him the next day. He assured me I could. I went home, spoke with my wife, and prayed for direction. I called Joey back that evening and told him I would buy the vehicle. I came back in to the dealership the next day and spoke with Todd and drove the Santa Fe once more and returned to Todd's office to sign the papers. Once there, Todd asked if I had arranged financing. I responded that I had and and he said that his Business Manager, Charla Palmer, may very well be able to obtain a lower rate than the one I had. I met Charla and she went to work. I had an appointment and had to leave, but promised to call the next morning and check to see if she could beat my bank. I called the next morning, and true to her word Charla had a lower rate with a Pensacola bank. I signed my papers on Friday the 13th of April and picked up my Santa Fe. When it was pulled up, I couldn't believe how good it looked. For it to be a used vehicle, it looked brand new both inside and out. My experience with Allen Turner was truly a 5 out of 5 star experience and I will be more than happy to refer friends and family who are in need of a new or used vehicle to this dealership, without reservation. More

The whole process from beginning to end was easy and fun. Joey was extremely friendly, helpful, and easy to talk with. From our initial communication by email and phone, to all the face to face paperwork, he really knows his stuff and is not pushy whatsoever, which is so nice in car sales. John in finance was a pleasure as well, and had everything ready for more smooth and easy business. The whole process was very streamlined and fun and I'd do it all over again if I could.
