Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. My lift gate is still acting up. I paid too much for it lift not to be doing right. Some times it would click shut and other times it wouldn’t. Now sometimes it will click shut and sometimes you want hear it click but it will be completely shut and sometimes we still have to push a little on it to get it to click so the lights will go off. I need it looked at again. My problem with my parking aid was completely fixed. I would recommend them. Also need a plastic piece fixed back like it was on my car. Other than that I would recommend this ford dealership to people. More
