They charged me $300 and didn’t even find a problem the next shop that I took it to fixed it 100% they didn’t put any effort into it they could have done me better will not be going back More

The woman my wife talked with on the phone was very helpful and the finance department wasn't bad. Anyone past that wasn't helpful. I'm not sure why exactly a car would ever leave the lot that has a coolant leak. My wife and I both missed work because of this oversight. Then, I'm trying to find out why a leak is taking 8 hours to fix. I talk with Joey, and he informs me he's not a mechanic and I should contact the service center. I call them, and they said Joey knows what's going on. But, he clearly said he didn't. So, between missing work, leaving my wife stranded, not offering a loaner until I called very upset after 8 hours of no reults, and the ridiculous high interest rate we got with good credit, I definitely had a bad experience, and I definitely won't recommend you to anyone.
