2019 Silverado LD - 22” Chromies I started working with Derrick, the internet sales manager, via phone, Derrick was very timely in his responses and follow-up. Drove from KC to Joplin I started working with Derrick, the internet sales manager, via phone, Derrick was very timely in his responses and follow-up. Drove from KC to Joplin to see the truck, was exactly as advertised. Worked with Joey and Coby on the paperwork, all was in order and I was able to complete the transaction in 90 minutes. Would have preferred it be 45 minutes yet due to the C-19 situation only Coby was on board to close deals so I had to wait longer than I would have liked, yet, considering all circumstances, I give the entire team 5 stars out of 5, great job! More

Bought Cadillac XT-5 We got the vehicle we liked at the cost we felt was fair. Great Personalized Car Buying Experience Joey helped me find the right truck first. Questions about what I was looking for, what I liked, and must have options. We used their tablet to narrow Joey helped me find the right truck first. Questions about what I was looking for, what I liked, and must have options. We used their tablet to narrow the search, he grabbed keys, then test drove my list. Very smart approach! We entered my personal information into the tablet and clicked to agree to pull credit. He then came back with each truck's numbers after trade & discounts. Once I settled on an option he said he would get the sales manager to introduce himself and get the verbal okay to pull credit, per policy.***** This part is NO Bueno!**** The sales manager happened to be busy and I had to leave for an appt, but wrote a note stating okay to pull credit and asked to call me with final numbers. They did, we settled on a price over phone, and I returned to buy the truck. *** The change I would make is... when someone has the auto narrowed down, has seen the numbers, and completes the online credit application to pull credit... Then PULL THE CREDIT! No manager needs to sign off on credit policy.. you're only allowing another roadblock in the way from closing the deal, another person to like/not like, or another person to negotiate a lower price with. Pull the credit and close the deal. Only then should the sales manager get involved to help close the deal or thank for doing business. Empower your people to close the deal and you will create efficiencies! BTW... your manager never introduced him/herself to congratulate, but it was late after close. E.J. was good to work with on paperwork side while Joey gassed the truck up. Good teamwork. I would recommend Joey and your team. More
