Service advisor did not inform me of the time it would take to complete my 100,000 mile service. She did not return my texts or calls. The status tool was blank - no updates available. No one answered when I called the service department twice and when they did answer on the 3rd try, they told me they did not know how long it would be. The car had been there for 7 hours at that point. More

We brought our car in for an inspection after hitting a pothole. We were told the only issue was two bent wheels. We waited two weeks for the installation of these two wheels. Two weeks for two wheels! Thi pothole. We were told the only issue was two bent wheels. We waited two weeks for the installation of these two wheels. Two weeks for two wheels! This seems unreasonable to us. Having said that, the people we spoke to were friendly and courteous. Except for being repeatedly transferred to different people before eventually speaking to someone who would help, they were helpful. More

Service department needs knowledgeable & helpful customer service personnel. I was given conflicting stories when my car was taken there after hitting a deer. They had it for 2 weeks before anything customer service personnel. I was given conflicting stories when my car was taken there after hitting a deer. They had it for 2 weeks before anything was done & that was only after multiple phone calls from me and talking to the girl I was working withs supervisor. Also, I called on a Saturday and service dept had already left for the day. They gave me the sales mgr., who talked over me when I tried to speak. Although he seemed to know everything by the way he talked down to me he was of zero help. Possibly will have it back early next week, only a little over 6 weeks since it was taken there. I realize it had to go to a body shop to be repaired. However, since it was less than 1 year old I wanted it fixed by the people Honda uses. So when I called them they assured me they would take care of it and provide me a loaner car if one was available. Then I was told they didn’t have one available but were working on getting me one. Finally… it’s not there policy to give loaner cars since it was going to the body shop (per sales mgr). I do like my car and hope to have it back soon. More
