The service center offers online booking for my appointment and had many options for times that worked with my schedule. Once my appointment started, I was kept up to date on the service progress t appointment and had many options for times that worked with my schedule. Once my appointment started, I was kept up to date on the service progress through messaging and was given an opportunity to opt out of manufacturer recommended services. The service department completed three services in two hours. One of the recommended services really improved the functionality of my air conditioner and although unplanned, I was glad I had it completed despite only having an appointment for transmission and brake fluid changes.
