I want to take a moment to genuinely commend the service advisor and the entire service staff at this Honda dealership, because the experience I had was nothing short of excellent from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted promptly and treated with professionalism and respect. My service advisor was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed, what could wait, and what was most important—without ever making me feel pressured or talked down to. That level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. What stood out the most was the communication. I was kept informed at every step, whether it was updates on diagnostics, timelines, or cost estimates. There were no surprises when it came time to pick up my vehicle, and everything that was discussed beforehand was followed through exactly as promised. The service staff as a whole worked efficiently and professionally. You can tell this is a well-run team that takes pride in their work.
