I would gladly give Joey Parnell and his service center five out of five stars. His professionalism and responsiveness have been outstanding. We own two Honda vehicles, and he has consistently taken great five out of five stars. His professionalism and responsiveness have been outstanding. We own two Honda vehicles, and he has consistently taken great care of us. Unfortunately, my experience with the rest of the store hasn’t been as strong. When I call, I’m often placed on hold for extended periods or transferred to the wrong department. Thankfully, Mr. Parnell provided me with a direct way to reach him, which has made a big difference. Because of that, I would rate the Service Department five out of five stars, but the overall store experience three out of five. More

My sister and I traveled from Indiana to Jonesboro for our Aunts funeral.We started to hear a noise , in the back of the car and were leaving the next day to head back home and were nervous about drivin our Aunts funeral.We started to hear a noise , in the back of the car and were leaving the next day to head back home and were nervous about driving the car all that way.we had recommendations from family for the Honda dealership here in Jonesboro, we explained our situation to Allyson Clayton in the service department, she let us know they would get us back on the road safely. It was a bolt that was replaced, they never charged us, which we were expecting them too and were ok with that. They are a true Hometown dealership that cares about their community and its visitors, they could have made some money and chose kindness over profit, we are so grateful they were there for us. If we lived there we would definitely buy from this dealership. Thank you for getting us home safely. More
