Do I feel like the work done on my car was good? Yes. Do I feel like the customer service was lacking when there are plenty of places I could take my car? Absolutely. My “service representative” was Yes. Do I feel like the customer service was lacking when there are plenty of places I could take my car? Absolutely. My “service representative” was not at his desk when I checked in so I was politely sent to the waiting room. During the almost 1.5 hrs I was there, he never came to say hello even though the place was not busy and it’s about 20 steps inside. Rather when my vehicle was ready, he called me on the phone. I have had better experiences at Toyota dealerships, where I was treated like my business mattered. There’s a lady service rep that I usually deal with there, and I will make sure I make my appointments through her going forward as she’s always provided the service I deserve. More
