Jena is one of the many reasons we have now purchased our 5th Andrews Cadillac! She is more than a salesperson on any given day! She goes out of her way to get our family in a perfect ride! Of the 7 Cadillacs I’ve owned, this purchase has surpassed my favorite and that was my very first Escalade purchase- it was such a fun day many years ago but this one takes the cake and I owe it all to Jena and Andrew’s!! She is so patient with me and now all I have to give her is just a few descriptions and she’s on the hunt! Jena and Shane and the whole Mt. Juliet team is a dream team! They make car buying fun….yes, I said it! And, the service department is THE BEST!! From the moment I called Joey till the time I drove off the lot everyone made me feel welcomed and special! Benton, Justin and Joe went above and beyond. They made everything even more special as they knew it was my birthday. They went out of their way putting a big red bow on my new Escalade and told me happy birthday over and over. Justin is a saint…he sat in the car with me for almost 2 hours setting up onstar/pairing my phone and showing me how everything worked. He even offered for me to come back in a few days for a refresher and to show me MORE things I can do with this vehicle. More

I have owned a lot of new vehicles. Andrews Cadillac Mt Juliet is the best. Ms. Jacobson is the smartest, friendliest-sales person I-have seen. The Service department is super. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest option to leave. I purchased a 2017 CTS-V from these guys and was assured it was in all around great condition. I brought the car home in an enclosed trailer to Ohio I purchased a 2017 CTS-V from these guys and was assured it was in all around great condition. I brought the car home in an enclosed trailer to Ohio and within 100 miles of owning the vehicle, I had the check engine light come on. I called in and spoke with Shane, who told me not to worry as they would take good care of me. After taking the vehicle to a GM ase certified master tech, my mechanic explained to me that there was no way I caused the chronic, long term damage that was done. I then spoke with Joey the gm, who also made it sound like they were willing to help. Here's where it goes downhill and shady. They tell me they will get me a new motor at cost, but not contribute any assistance. They then proceed to tell me the price of the new motor will be $10,400 + tax. To find out actual cost is somewhere around $9300. On top of me buying a vehicle with long term engine damage, their idea of "helping" me is to gouge me out of $1100 more. They lay blame to me instead of help rectify the situation. They also said they couldn't sell me an extended warranty for the vehicle (another red flag). Honesty and integrity is few and far between these days and I'd avoid Andrew's Cadillac at all cost. They sold me a vehicle they won't stand behind. After spending $65,000 on a vehicle that broke immediately and offer no assistance, instead trying to capitalize off of my misfortune and make money off of me buying a new motor from them, is egregious. Buyer beware! More

Brought car in to fix a leak. Repair cost $2700 and car still has the leak. Called twice to let them know leak still present never got a call back. Went to dealership spoke wit Repair cost $2700 and car still has the leak. Called twice to let them know leak still present never got a call back. Went to dealership spoke with GM they took car again. Returned 3 days later and leak still present. Never received followup call. This is a follow up to a negative review let on 2/25/2025. After taking my car back again for a persistent problem, the dealership went above and beyond any expectations I had. Not only did they fix the problem but they went out of their way to show they truly care about their customers satisfaction. Thank you, I sincerely appreciate it. More
