DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR HERE. On 2/21 I filled out a credit app online shortly after was texted by Olivia Jones I guess looking back now an auto bot. I sent pictures of my trade in with Vin and payoff amount, what I was looking for and down payment. I was later called by Yuya and again explained what I was looking for, trade in, and payoff, at that time he told me not to worry about the exact payoff they would run title and contact the lender for that. I was sent 3 options of vehicle available and texted back I was concerned they were out of my price range and could I get some rough estimates...noting here I was driving from out of town and wanted to make sure these would fit my needs and budget first. He responded he would get back to me. By Sunday I hadn't heard back so I followed up and again didn't hear back. Later Sunday I was contacted by the original number and told them the ball was in their court and again never heard back. By then I left negative reviews and sent some texts along the line of I wouldn't take a car if you gave me one. Monday I was contacted by Jennifer, Internet sales manager, who apologized for the way I was treated and wanted a second chance to make it right. Against my better judgement I said ok and she came up with a vehicle that fit my needs and budget. I was planning to pick it up 2/25. That same Monday Damian from finance called to send the contract for me to sign. He called close to 7pm. I wanted to sign the next morning but was told the link would expire so I had to do it that night. Again against my better judgement I did and didn't have time to review the contract. The next day they called and offered to deliver the vehicle on 2/24, great. Delivery went smooth and all was good. On 2/26 I was called by Patrick who said I never told them I owed one the car, but I did and had proof I did. At that point I was at work and asked he call back in 15mins when I was home. HE NEVER CALLED BACK, I called him back and quickly he backed tracked that he never disputed I told them about a payoff amount Twice. At some point Jenifer called me after I let her know this deal was going south quickly. But now it's my fault and guess what the cars going back cause they couldn't convince me to take a payment of over 200 dollars from the original contract. so moral of this story, they dropped the ball continuously and tried to blame me and I still lose for their bad business. And they lost big, I explained that prior to moving where I am now I had purchased 6 cars from the same dealership and referred 2 additional friends there. for the difference in my payoff they could have easily eaten that cost at the cost of doing business and gained a loyal customer but instead they get this. Oh also worth noting Jennifer contacted me on 2/26 after the deal was "done" and asked if I would take my original negative reviews down, which I happily did. so to add to this story when we did the car swap I was again accused of lying about my pay off balance by Ryan, again despite having evidence I provided the info to them twice. They also doused my car they brought back with febreez despite not legally being their car yet...and yeah that stuff makes me sick. So this place is horrible. More

Well, here's one more 1 star review to add to the long list of bad reviews for this dealership. Let's just say if you hate dealing with the car salesman when buying a car, stay away from this dealership. list of bad reviews for this dealership. Let's just say if you hate dealing with the car salesman when buying a car, stay away from this dealership. My wife wanted to test drive 3 cars before making a final decision. Unfortunately we came to this dealership first in our car buying adventure. After the test drive, the manager Spencer made us an offer to keep us at the dealership. We told him we appreciated the offer but just needed to test drive another car before making the final decision. After we test drove another car we decided to go back to this dealership and buy the car with the deal Spencer offered us. However, when we called they said that the deal was no longer on the table because we left. These guys are bottom feeders - the worst of the worst. Stay away!! More

Noticed they had the option for using the express service to purchase a car. I’m spent the next few hours submitting a credit application, taking pictures of my trade in, and adding references for contact. I to purchase a car. I’m spent the next few hours submitting a credit application, taking pictures of my trade in, and adding references for contact. I noticed you had the option after submitting to message your concierge and so I did. I never received a single message back regarding my order and every message and email was simply ignored until they found another buyer willing to pay more. If this is the service they offer I would highly recommend finding another dealer. More

IF YOU ARE A FEMALE, I'D CAUTION YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE. JOEY RAPPA LOVES A HARRASSMENT HIGH FROM DENIGRATING FEMALES. This dealership 'purchased' my Hyundai lease a month ago. This week I began getting col JOEY RAPPA LOVES A HARRASSMENT HIGH FROM DENIGRATING FEMALES. This dealership 'purchased' my Hyundai lease a month ago. This week I began getting collection calls from Hyundai Finance because the car, a month later, had not been paid off. I have spent four days making daily calls to the dealership, the bank, and two visits to the location because nothing has been taken seriously on their part. After the second collection call, I went in to speak with a manager and he blew me off saying that I needed to make more phone calls, he couldn't find any answers and tomorrow's his day off lol a very 'not my problem' attitude. I called the next day and began working with Patrick who, to his credit, was more proactive about preventing this from going to the credit bureau at my expense. The bank was adamant that my car was never paid off, regardless of it being grounded by the dealership, Patrick was adamant that he paid for the car the same day, and Patrick's BSM claimed that I owe for previous months. The bank and I have my monthly payments, I was not missing a random payment. So, after days of phone tag and nothing being accomplished, I went to the dealership today to handle this in person...again. As a customer, you would think that a customer service team should have zero issues with explaining WHY my car was taken a MONTH AGO and not paid for until YESTERDAY. That's right, after three days of saying they have proof that they purchased my car last month and paid the bank I finally saw the paper today dated for a purchase YESTERDAY. Of course, I'm going to have some questions but before Patrick can walk me through the details, the Office Mouthpiece, Joey Rappa, whips around from his desk and interjects himself into our conversation, cutting both of us off and immediately accusing me of badgering Patrick. This persistent, aggressive, accusatory, unsavory behavior was the most unprofessional and disrespectful customer service experience I've ever had. MY CREDIT is on the line because THEY didn't file the paperwork until yesterday and Mouthpiece Joey had the audacity to keep telling me I was out of line for wanting explanations. After I asked him to stay out of our conversation, he began fussing his deskwork around and huffing and puffing for attention. It must be very exhausting to bear the insecurities of Joey Rappa, leaping with his teeth out at every opportunity to assert his dominance. And it didn't stop there. When I confronted him about his fussiness, he began pointing at each guy within earshot 'AM I ACTING FUSSY?!', points to the next 'AM I ACTING FUSSY?!'. Of course, a manipulative authority figure is going to seek reassurance from their subordinates. Pitiful. Hands down, the most childish behavior I have ever seen in a grown man. I'd say this is unusual professionalism from someone in a management position, but we all know why dealerships have the reputations for being a pool of deceitful sharks. I absolutely guarantee that if I were with a man, or if I was a man, that I wouldn't have been patronized and attacked like that. If you are a female, you will be tossed around by this team of guys with grandiose complexes. The disappointing part in all of this, is that this was in fact an error of their mishandling and they tried to lead me on a wild goose chase with several different claims/lies. I saw the paperwork today and still walked away without any accountability for their mistakes and putting my credit at risk. You must be so proud of your team, Chris Shaffer! Joey Rappa, I hope the females in your life get spoken to the way that you spoke to me today and you learn a lesson in humility. If a customer is reading this, do yourself a favor and go to Maita Mazda, they have an amazing team over there. More
