They took care of my problem in a phenomenal rapid time frame I expected to be there all afternoon and was in and out in about one hour. He did me a solid on taking care of the problem gratis. We felt we were in very capable hands with Felix. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Lori guided us through the signing process making us feel at ease with a sometimes daunting amount of pa He was very professional and knowledgeable. Lori guided us through the signing process making us feel at ease with a sometimes daunting amount of papers to go over and sign. She even explained how important the extended warranty is to add on to our car purchase. She made us feel confident in our decisions and she was not intimidating as finance managers can be at other dealerships we have done business with before. Even though it was a very busy Saturday we did not feel rushed. Everyone at the dealership seemed very happy and made sure we were taken care of in every step of the process. We will definitely continue to do business with Cavender Buick GMC West. More
