Joey Sojka, Service Advisor is why I service at Knauz. Joey Sojka provides old school customer service. I drive 30 minutes to have my car serviced at Knauz because of Joey. Joey cares, is knowledgeable, r Joey Sojka provides old school customer service. I drive 30 minutes to have my car serviced at Knauz because of Joey. Joey cares, is knowledgeable, respectful of your time and money. It has been a long time since I felt compelled to write a review. Joey however is takes time to explain, listens, and provides options. Joey's mother should be proud! Mars. Sojka raised a wonderfully honest and professional son. More

Perry was very helpful, polite, informative and not "pushy"!! He managed to guide me along the way and offered the option to put the new car on reserve and went out of his way to re-secure the $500 co "pushy"!! He managed to guide me along the way and offered the option to put the new car on reserve and went out of his way to re-secure the $500 coupon that I had deleted from my computer. Buying a car is my least favorite thing to do but Perry actually made it almost fun!!! I would definitely refer a friend to him and to the dealership. I also met with Chad & he was polite, helpful and efficient. In service, Joey was very helpful and really took over the issues at hand. As usual, Knauz did an awesome job servicing my car. Knauz always is price competitive, offers fantastic specials, and provides a Savings Card which entitles the customer to an even greater discount. Fu Knauz always is price competitive, offers fantastic specials, and provides a Savings Card which entitles the customer to an even greater discount. Furthermore, when I was shopping for tires for my Mercedes, Knauz matched not only other dealers' prices, but online sites' prices as well. When I experienced car trouble in the middle of the afternoon, Joe Coleman and Joey Sojka got my car in immediately; and Joey Sojka greeted me and his technician took care of my car's immediate problem as well as curtailed a potential problem. Joey kept me abreast of the work needing to be done. My car was returned to me repaired and clean as always: the exterior, wheels, and tires were spotless; the interior was vacuumed and cleaned. I thank Knauz for another excellent service visit. More
