The customers like me because I am helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If customers don’t understand how to use the functions on their car I always ask them to come back and see me so that I can re-deliver the car for them. I call all my customers on their birthday and also after they buy a car I call and thank them. They also like that I greet them immediately at the door and am not pushy.

Johann made my sales experience stress free! He's extremely knowledgeable & made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions since I wasn't familiar with the next technology of the 2024 Honda He's extremely knowledgeable & made me feel at ease. What I most appreciated is he took the time to set-up my car so I didn't have to struggle with it when I took possession. I drove to work the next day worry free. Our sales consultant, Johann David, was incredible. As perspective buyers of a new vehicle, not once did we feel rushed or pressured. Johann even met us at the dealership on a scheduled day off to assist us in our purchase. First Honda should be extremely proud to have a representative of their dealership like Johann. We had the opportunity to meet the sales manager, Dean Quashen. He went out of his way to finalize our purchase from 1ST HONDA. I would certainly recommend First Honda to everyone! More
