The customers like me because I am helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If customers don’t understand how to use the functions on their car I always ask them to come back and see me so that I can re-deliver the car for them. I call all my customers on their birthday and also after they buy a car I call and thank them. They also like that I greet them immediately at the door and am not pushy.

I went in Sunday to get information on a vehicle I wanted to trade and let me tell you , they did an amazing job working with me . Painless, kind, very negotiable I went in on Saturday met Johann and immediately was taken care of. Johann showed me a wonderful car, we went for a ride & I loved it. My husband neg I went in on Saturday met Johann and immediately was taken care of. Johann showed me a wonderful car, we went for a ride & I loved it. My husband negotiated a good deal. We wanted a day to make a final decision and the manager agreed. We went back the next day, bought the car, and we were only there for a little over an hour.
