The customers like me because I am helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If customers don’t understand how to use the functions on their car I always ask them to come back and see me so that I can re-deliver the car for them. I call all my customers on their birthday and also after they buy a car I call and thank them. They also like that I greet them immediately at the door and am not pushy.

Super easy and painless! Very Happy! We live local in Simi Valley, so it was a no-brainer to head on over to First Honda in Simi Valley! We were instantly greeted and made to feel super comfortable and welcome. Johann made our entire experience super simple and such a breeze! He was super quick to answer any and all questions we threw at him. He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend First Honda and Johann! Also, Marlon Arevalo was amazing as well! We definitely felt taken care of and will definitely be back!! More

We were referred through the Liberty Mutual TrueCar buying program, and the dealership did not try to talk us out of that deal. They added dealer options that added to the cost, but not as many as other car dealers we visited. The financial guy was efficient and low key, also not pressuring us to add more options that did not interest us. More
