My husband and I were shopping for a lease for the first time. We test drove a CRV, and had lots of questions about a lease. Everyone we spoke with were friendly, knowledgable, patient, and for the first time. We test drove a CRV, and had lots of questions about a lease. Everyone we spoke with were friendly, knowledgable, patient, and for the first time at a dealership, no pressure. We wanted to shop around some more before we made a decision and also test drive another car we were interested in. We did not have the same experience at the other dealership and the deal was not as good. We returned to First Honda Simi and had more questions and made our decision. We spoke to Joe and Michael and they were wonderful (Johann and Stu were not there the day we returned). Joe explained all about the lease and Michael explained and showed us everything about the car. The whole process was very smooth, each person we met along the way was polite, helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. We would not hesitate to recommend Fisrt Honda Simi to family and friends. More

Johann David greeted me at the door and immediately took me to see the car I wanted to buy. We went on a test drive. He stayed with me through the entire process of buying my vehicle. Johann came and picks me from my home and gave lot of information about the new car whilst driving. He was friendly and prompts when it comes to the transactions that we made via e-mails and over the phone. Everything was made really quickly, which was impressive.
