I had actually came in to look at a used vehicle which was already purchased by the time I arrived. Feeling a little hopeless, Brian suggested I consider the 2016 Honda HR-V. I had never thought of it before and wasn't really considering a newer vehicle. He helped run my numbers and it actually turned out to be a better deal than the used car I was looking for! He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I cannot express how grateful I am for Brian, Johanna and the AutoPark Honda Team for helping me get into a new car to accommodate my growing family. I'm a customer for life! More

No pressure and no "typical" Car sales gimmicks and games. No one enjoys going car shopping because of years of bad auto dealer reputations. In my opinion this dealership and staff has taken away that worry and fear and they treated me and my family very well. Caleb took me, my wife, and kids around in a golf cart to view inventory that was far away. The kids really enjoyed the ride. Negotiating and working out the deal we wanted was easy and low pressure. Glenn was very respectful and understood what we needed and made every effort to accommodate us. Johanna Que was the best Finance person I have ever dealt with and that includes my time actually working within a dealership environment. She understood what we wanted and didn't and explained all our options thoroughly and quickly. Once we made a decision she didn't get upset or pushy like most other dealership finance managers do. She was a pleasure to work with. In addition to the staff the showroom and facilities were very updated, clean, and even decorated for the holiday. The kids waiting area was great bonus, our kids enjoyed playing there, eating popcorn, making a mess (sorry), and making new friend who where also purchasing a Honda Odyssey like us. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know and I can't speak for any of the other salespeople, but Caleb Elks was great. More
