I have no complaints in anything besides that, why yes, a dealership can get busy, but if you were to schedule a meeting for 5 but not actually be seen until 5:30 is a bit of a annoyance. Punctuality is key to maintaining a customer's interest, and some people may not be as patient. If any advice were to be said, potentially research ways to cut down wait times, regardless of waiting for a sales agent or a financial agent. Other than the small annoyance, AutoPark Honda is nothing short of a great place to get a car. More
