I bought a new vehicle at a different dealership and it was a horrible experience. I had alignment issues they could not resolve and had to exchange the vehicle after failing to convince me that it was nor was a horrible experience. I had alignment issues they could not resolve and had to exchange the vehicle after failing to convince me that it was normal for a new car to pull. I went to Sunrise for my first service and after rotating the tires I had the same issue. What impressed me about the service department here was the no excuse, no BS approach that the service manager John took. He and his tech agreed there was an issue and did not try to convince me otherwise. The service was scheduled and I will be returning to hopefully resolve this once and for all. More
