Enjoyable- a truly special establishment. My experience with Subaru Superstore of Chandler has been nothing short of remarkable. The folks working there all appear to be genuine and straight; My experience with Subaru Superstore of Chandler has been nothing short of remarkable. The folks working there all appear to be genuine and straight; my sales person – John Barravecchio – has been helpful and engaging, never stopping until I was happy and satisfied with my experience, and with my vehicle(s). You see, I knew Johnny from before. Two years ago I purchased a 2017 Crosstrek from Subaru Superstore of Chandler. John was my sales person at that time. A recent email from Subaru suggested that I come in and see what I could get for a trade-in on a new car. Well, I did want to new vehicle and Johnny truly went out of his way (unbelievable, actually) to ensure that I was able to purchase the 2019 Crosstrek that I had my eye on. He went to bat for me (he truly wanted me to be able to purchase my vehicle) to see that I received a fair exchange for my 2017 Crosstrek and, in the end, I ended up driving out of the dealership with my Sunshine Orange 2019 Crosstrek with blink spot sensors, lane departure, distance pacing cruise control, and more: a beauty of a machine. I wanted a specific model, color, and interior; he found the exact vehicle I wanted and quickly ensured that I was able to place a deposit on it. As we waited for my Forester, Johnny stayed in communication with me and notified me when my Forester arrived. He made sure I was comfortable driving my Forester and answered my questions. At time of pick up, there was a team ready to review all of the technical functions of the vehicle and extended warranty options. My 2017 Forester was totaled by a drunk driver When turning left, my Forester was totaled by a drunk driver running a red light. When the adjuster determined it was irreparable, I called John who When turning left, my Forester was totaled by a drunk driver running a red light. When the adjuster determined it was irreparable, I called John who worked hard to find me a new Forester. I came in the next day and decided on a Crosstrek. My buying experience with John has always been superb--honest, direct and painless. I really appreciated John's effort to find a car I could drive out with so quickly. He's always wonderful to work with. While I appreciate my terrific buying experience, I'm somewhat disappointed in some aspects of the 2019 Forester and Crosstrek. Half the console dials are dim and barely readable in bright sunlight with sunglasses unlike my 2017 Forester. I'm no longer able to play my Apple Ipod Touch either through Apply Play or by USB which I was able to use in my 2017 Forester by USB and in a loner Kia Soul. However, I'm very grateful for how I was able to walk away from a major accident virtually injury free because of how well built my 2017 Forester was. More
