I FELT TOTALLY TAKEN CARE OF AND DEALT WITH HONESTLY. I live in downtown Phoenix, but it was worth the drive to Chandler. I leased a 2019 Forester in August 2019 and had a great experience at Subaru Chandler. I also turned in my 2017 leased Forester there as well. I have been to other Subaru dealerships like Scottsdale and Camelback and the dealerships are cramped, noisy, and not comfortable. Camelback Subaru management was terrible to me. Chandler Subaru showroom was beautiful, spacious and I was treated very well. You get your own table to discuss business and given food and drink, etc. There was no pressure at all and I left taken care of every step of the way. I also appreciated that there was a review of how to navigate the buttons, etc. inside the car in an inside area out of the sun. The finance person made it easy. Of course John B. was great to deal with because I felt he was very honest. THANK YOU. More

The folks working there all appear to be genuine and straight; my sales person – John Barravecchio – has been helpful and engaging, never stopping until I was happy and satisfied with my experience, and with my vehicle(s). You see, I knew Johnny from before. Two years ago I purchased a 2017 Crosstrek from Subaru Superstore of Chandler. John was my sales person at that time. A recent email from Subaru suggested that I come in and see what I could get for a trade-in on a new car. Well, I did want to new vehicle and Johnny truly went out of his way (unbelievable, actually) to ensure that I was able to purchase the 2019 Crosstrek that I had my eye on. He went to bat for me (he truly wanted me to be able to purchase my vehicle) to see that I received a fair exchange for my 2017 Crosstrek and, in the end, I ended up driving out of the dealership with my Sunshine Orange 2019 Crosstrek with blink spot sensors, lane departure, distance pacing cruise control, and more: a beauty of a machine.
