I worked with John Beam to purchase a used BMW X5 in June, 2011. Finding a low mile BMW X5 was difficult and John was so helpful. He is honest too, we found a BMW he could have easily sold to me but r June, 2011. Finding a low mile BMW X5 was difficult and John was so helpful. He is honest too, we found a BMW he could have easily sold to me but reviewed the carfax with me and advised me against the purchase due to the number of previous owners. In the end, I found a 2008 X5 with only 32K miles, one owner who purchased from the BMW Store -- it was absolutely perfect. Thanks to John, I have the car of my dreams. Also, when you buy from the BMW store, you get free carwashes -- not just the outside, inside as well. Free of charge each Wednesday and Saturday (just tip) -- I've been in there and have seen folks not tip (I think that is tacky). I used their Service department one time as well (item under warranty), free rental cars (a brand new 5 series) and impeccable service. I highly recommend. More
