These are exactly the kind of people that perpetuate the distrust of car dealerships. Dishonest and unprofessional service department. John Blackburn refused to give refund for replacing parts that were not broken, and work performed that actually gave my vehicle a new check engine light code... The engine light came back on TWICE before I even left the parking lot. When explaining situation to his supervisor DEWEY MAYNARD, I was told that the mechanics are not responsible for new vehicle problems that occurred as a result from their original repair. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. More

North Point CJD of Winston-Salem came back over $1000 (plus) cheaper than everybody. I'm sure glad I took the time and took this route to get the best price. Eddie Daye and the staff were very friendly and great to deal with. Eddie got me an additional rebate after the truck arrived which saved me another $500. I ordered my truck in late February and it arrived at the dealership in about 6 weeks. I recommend you go see Eddie Daye at North Point if you are in the market for a new ride. More

The purpose of my visit was two-fold: (1) I had a couple of issues with my Jeep Cherokee Lattitude and I was extremely satisfied with my interactions with John Blackmon in the service department. I felt like Mr. Blackmon was concerned about my issues and not just another task he had to get off his to-do list. Please tell Mr. Blackmon thanks for me. (2) The other reason was to consider trading me 2014 Jeep for a later model vehicle. I had purchased my Jeep from Smith Stokes a year or so earlier. I have purchased many vehicles from Smith over the years and admire him for being an upstanding, honest individual! I live in Holden Beach, NC and do not mind driving the two hundred and some odd miles to North Point. Smith is always very focused on my needs and takes time to try to completely satisfy my needs. I ended up purchasing a slightly used 2017 Dodge Durango RT. Although this was not my first choice, I decided on this vehicle because of Smith's honesty, integrity and salesmanship. I also want to say hats off to Eddie Daye for his assistance and personal attention to us. He spent a lot of time locating a vehicle that suited us. Extremely appreciative for Eddie's help! Absolutely the fastest service ever!!!!! My husband and I were in Winston-Salem for the Guns-N-Roses concert when our brand new Dodge ram truck started over heating. We made it to the dealership and asked if there was any way someone would be willing to stay overtime(if need be) to help put on a new water pump hose. The staff was more than gracious to accomodate us- even though this was covered under our warranty. We thought for sure this would take several hours to do. We were 4hours from home and desperately needed to have my hubby's work truck fixed. To our surprise we were on our way in about 45 min time. We had been told by a mechanic from home it would take hours to fix. We were so impressed we will be back to buy our next vehicle here- great customer service by all we came in contact with!!!!!!! More
