I bought my first Subaru 16 years ago at the Concordville dealership. It was a very unpleasant experience, mostly because the salesman was manipulative and not truthful about many things. (He was eventually dealership. It was a very unpleasant experience, mostly because the salesman was manipulative and not truthful about many things. (He was eventually fired after I wrote to corporate headquarters; I was awarded 3 years of free service.) I came back because 16 years had passed, and I figured they were all retired or dead. The people who helped me buy my car - John Boruk and Josh Lupo were extremely nice, polite, knowledgeable, very professional, and had a good sense of humor, a must when buying a car. I did not feel manipulated or pressured; maybe I WAS, but it didn't feel like it. (small joke.) They were both extra accomodating, even when I changed my mind about the car I took home, and decided I wanted another. Maddy Davis was good at keeping in touch, scheduling and confirming my appointment. I didn't know buying a car could be such a pleasant, hassle-free experience. Thank you!! More
