After serving in the US Navy as a Nuclear Reactor Operator onboard Submarines for 8 years, I entered the automotive industry in 1992 and have been in a variety of positions since. Currently serving Concordville Subaru as a Finance Manager and couldn’t be happier. I was raised in the small town of Macungie, PA which is in the Lehigh Valley near Allentown. Since joining the Concordville Family, I stopped that daily commute and moved to Malvern. For my passion on Sundays off, I play baseball with the Lehigh Valley Mens Senior Baseball League (Red Sox 50’s and older) and can still hit and throw the ball hard.

Well I bought a car from dealership 2023 Subaru crosstrek from another agent I signed the Carfax the agent ( Kenny Opel) didn’t go over carfax with me so I’m driving car for 4 months all of a sudden the suv from another agent I signed the Carfax the agent ( Kenny Opel) didn’t go over carfax with me so I’m driving car for 4 months all of a sudden the suv starts shaking like the wheel was going to fall off I take the suv to another Subaru dealership to get it fixed the alignment was bad they did tire balance and 4 wheel alignment after spending over 300 the suv was still not driving right so I took it to another dealership John Kennedy they kept my car for 3 days gave me a rental car they said the alignment was still off and the steering wheel was crooked so that needed to be aligned. I found out from a salesman at John Kennedy that the suv was been in 2 accidents prior to me buying it I wasn’t aware about so I spent over 800 dollars fixing this suv that passed inspection at Concordville. After that the dealership made it right I gave suv back and Khaled along with Ty who did outstanding job got me a brand new suv with all the bells and whistles. Thank you. Moral of story always read CARFAX before signing it please! More
