Arrived 30 min before appointment time. The service center was immaculately clean and staff were professional and friendly. However, the Check-in & Check-out were very slow. I don't feel this is a fault with John Brittingham, but more of failure in the operational process. The indicated service time was 1.5 - 2.0 hours, this seems excessively long for just an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. My actual time spent at the service department was right at 2.5 hours. Upon leaving, I noted the tire rotation was NOT performed nor was tire inflation checked. At this point I was not going to wait any longer, will have tires serviced elsewhere. More
