Took my Kia in to be diagnosed, explained the problem, and they said it was the starter. I got the starter fixed ($700 later) and the day I picked it up it did the same thing it had been doing. I’ve taken my car here before and had no issues but this time I feel like they were just trying to get money out of me. My car is still having issues and I have no more trust for this dealership. John was the one I was in contact with. He had great communication but who ever was doing the actual work on the car, be better. More
