10/10 don’t recommend this scam of a place. Dropped my car off after calling for a month to get someone to talk to me and nobody answering. Was told 5-7 business days and my car was kept for 3 Dropped my car off after calling for a month to get someone to talk to me and nobody answering. Was told 5-7 business days and my car was kept for 3 weeks. 2 of which I called numerous amounts of time and nobody answered or called back. Finally got ahold of Sam (never answers the phone) and he proceeds to talk about my attitude NOT my car. Finally after 3 weeks he tells me EXACTLY what we said was already wrong with it, expect 1 thing we didn’t know. Then charges me $100 which he did not go over when I dropped it off. Not to mention when I dropped my car off, battery was less than a year old, worked great! Tried telling me I had to buy one to drive it off because it died while they had it. So you’re a dealership and you can’t charge my battery or replace the battery to continue to find out what is wrong with my car? They gave up when I trusted them. Sam tried calling me a liar to my husband. But what he forgot was my husband dropped the car off with me & what Sam says happened, surely did not. He lied saying he told me 2-3 weeks to look at it. When we were both told to our face 5-7 business days. If there was COMMUNICATION on MY vehicle, this experience would have played out different. But nobody EVER communicated what was wrong with my car or the fact you were 1-2 weeks behind. And to Sam who says I never called. I’ll hand deliver my call history to you and show everyone all the times you did not answer or respond to a voicemail. That’s why I became rude, I gave you 3 weeks. I have NEVER in 7 years with the dealership, had ANY issue. Thanks for ruining my experience Sam. John is the person you want to see there!!! He’s always been great 👍🏻 More
