John insisted on over charging me for rental car gas. I had a picture of how much gas was in the vehicle when I picked it up and returned it with the same amount of fuel. It took getting the service mana I had a picture of how much gas was in the vehicle when I picked it up and returned it with the same amount of fuel. It took getting the service manager involved and he readily agreed that I did not have to pay for any additional gas. It’s not so much the money. It’s the lack of customer skills that turned me off to the entire experience. More
