I had an agreement with my excellent salesperson that the price of the vehicle will be MSRP (full sticker) with no dealer add-ons.. Then his manager nixed the idea and wanted $1500 more. After writing a GO price of the vehicle will be MSRP (full sticker) with no dealer add-ons.. Then his manager nixed the idea and wanted $1500 more. After writing a GOOGLE review of this experience, the owner responded by asking me to contact them to "turn things around" . The salesperson then tells me it was an automated reply and nothing has changed. More

John Butler is a very nice person and he was very helpful in our purchase. He is simple, straightforward and to the point (no hard selling). Purchasing our Honda CRV from John Butler in sales we could not have felt more comfortable the way we were treated from the sale to the delivery of the vehicle. Needing service on the vehicle a few years could not have felt more comfortable the way we were treated from the sale to the delivery of the vehicle. Needing service on the vehicle a few years later Dan Bembas and Evan Granroth took the time to deal with our repair situation like it was his own car. I am very thankful to them and the excellent Honda Service team! Outstanding work! More
