John Butler is a very nice person and he was very helpful in our purchase. He is simple, straightforward and to the point (no hard selling). Whenever we had any questions, he listened to us patiently and ans in our purchase. He is simple, straightforward and to the point (no hard selling). Whenever we had any questions, he listened to us patiently and answered all our questions and got back to us in a timely fashion if he had to check something. The best thing I liked about him is he was the same person before and after our purchase - with the same responsiveness and always ready to help attitude. Purchasing our Honda CRV from John Butler in sales we could not have felt more comfortable the way we were treated from the sale to the delivery of the vehicle. Needing service on the vehicle a few years could not have felt more comfortable the way we were treated from the sale to the delivery of the vehicle. Needing service on the vehicle a few years later Dan Bembas and Evan Granroth took the time to deal with our repair situation like it was his own car. I am very thankful to them and the excellent Honda Service team! Outstanding work! More
