By far the most knowledgeable and friendly salesman I have ever worked with. The other dealers we visited made me rushed and were very rude when I did not buy a car in the first 45 minutes. I actually went to Germain for a used Honda Civic, when I saw the Focus. After driving it, I loved it. I told John my budget, and he made everything work out.
