Very clean and professional dealership. Sale experience was excellent. Got a little delay during a trailer hitch addition due to supply chain issues. Somehow my trailer hitch which was ordered with the car was excellent. Got a little delay during a trailer hitch addition due to supply chain issues. Somehow my trailer hitch which was ordered with the car was not there when it arrived. That changed a $700 hitch from the factory to a $2800+ option when done at the dealership. More

In February of 2021 I called Land Rover Tulsa re an electrical issue with the central panel control in our new 2021 RR Sport. Andy Meyer was very helpful in scheduling an appointment to address this is electrical issue with the central panel control in our new 2021 RR Sport. Andy Meyer was very helpful in scheduling an appointment to address this issue and informed me that there was also a factory warranty update. I returned the vehicle 3-3-21 to have all this service scheduled and efficiently cared for and supervised by John Arbuckle. I was pleased with the service. He also provided a newer loaner vehicle.
