Great Car Buying Experience Recently I visited Castrucci Ford of Milford, Ohio with the intent of purchasing a new Ford Taurus or Ford Fusion. The staff at Castrucci (especially John Clark, my sales consultant) was very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. John made the car buying experience extremely stress free, and his expertise helped me make a good purchase decision. By the way I bought a previously owned 2013 Ford Taurus Sho, and it is nice. I am very satisfied with Castrucci Ford and will recommend the dealership to my family and friends for their automobile needs. More

My experience at Mike Castrucci in Milford was easy and enjoyable. I just chose the vehicle I wanted and John Clark and the rest of the employees took care of the rest. The customer service was WONDERFUL!!!! I called to request information on purchasing a new car (i.e. financing, interest rate, payment amount, downpayment/tax/title out of pocket expenses) in the morn request information on purchasing a new car (i.e. financing, interest rate, payment amount, downpayment/tax/title out of pocket expenses) in the morning, and my that evening I was driving off the lot in a new car. It was so fast, and easy. Everyone was so helpful. More

I have been dealing with Mike Castrucci Ford since 1992. I have been dealing with Mike Castrucci Ford since 1992. I have met someone from pretty much every department in the past 20 years. The ne I have been dealing with Mike Castrucci Ford since 1992. I have met someone from pretty much every department in the past 20 years. The new car management team, and sales team have become like a second family to me over the years. Some days I just stop in and visit. I am always met with a smile and a handshake from the guys. My family and extended family have purchsed a dozen cars/trucks from them and have equally nice things to say about the experience! The prices are more than competitive, and the trade values are fair. These guys make buying a car as easy as buying a loaf of bread! I have had several of my vehicles Ford, and otherwise serviced at this dealership, and Joe and Brandi have always been fair and upfront with any work to be performed. Its nice to see the same faces in a dealership, and its becoming a rarity in the industry. It is my feeling, and impression, that the current staff at Mike Castrucci Ford, treat this as a carreer, and not a "job". Customer Service is NOT dead, and the proof is evident when you visit these guys/girls!!! More

I have had a long standing relationship with Castrucci Ford from previous sales, services and repairs and have always found this dealership to be one that goes well beyond the call of duty in meeting the Ford from previous sales, services and repairs and have always found this dealership to be one that goes well beyond the call of duty in meeting the customer needs. With this last business with them, I came with a difficult situation with less than perfect credit due to previous job loss and thought nothing would be able to be done to help my situation. I was not only very please to find the manager of used cars and the sales associate John Clark very willing to listen and understand my needs, I was blessed to learn that they were able to address my needs and did so with integrity and professionalism. Once again, I've received the same great service I've come to depend on with this dealership. More

I have purchased 2 used cars from them and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying new or Milford it has been a great experience.
