Exceptional experience, total satisfaction! I have dealt with John Conn 6 times over the last eighteen months. Twice he tried to help me find a good used SUV but we couldn't make a match. Twice I have dealt with John Conn 6 times over the last eighteen months. Twice he tried to help me find a good used SUV but we couldn't make a match. Twice he helped me price used cars that I was looking at from another source. Obviously, this wasn't beneficial to John because I was buying from someone else. But he helped me anyway. Next he helped me try to find a truck for one of my sons. Son didn't want truck John found. Thus, he had helped me five times with no sale for him. Recently I needed a new get a round car and John matched me up with exactly what I wanted and with zero hassle. Great service and great experience. More

Great company, Great Vehicles, Great Service by Good People I am almost home bound and disabled so shopping for another vehicle wasn't easy for me. My original vehicle I bought new in 1998. Easiest car buying experience ever!! I was actually looking for my wife a new vehicle, so I emailed the website and within an hour, John Conn contacted me and started looking. He looked at many cars, but unfortunately, we were unable to find anything that worked for us. I then asked him about trading my Nissan Pathfinder in for a Ram 1500. He started looking and running the numbers right away. He got back with me the next day and gave me the figures. My wife and I spoke about it and on Friday, February 12th I gave him the go ahead. He wasn't sure that he would be able to get it to me that day, since it was a little late in the day. He got the paperwork started and said he would keep me updated. He called me at 5pm and asked if I could call the bank that my Pathfinder was through and give them the OK to release the payoff. I was mad at the bank for not releasing it and delaying me on getting my new truck!! I thought there was no way that I would get my truck that day. John surprised me at 6pm with a call saying he was headed my way with a beautiful, new Ram. He was at my house by 7pm and the paperwork was complete by 7:30 and John drove off into the night in my old Pathfinder. John made this experience the best car purchase I have ever had. I will definitely work with them again and I highly recommend D&M! More
