I have felt pressured to invest in the past; however, with John, the car I wanted was delivered to me in a matter of days, and I was able to sign the paperwork and take the keys while sitting in my office parking lot. Most companies want you to come to them and burden all of the responsibility, but not D&M. They have the customer in mind, and they do not give up until the customer is completely satisfied.
