John and Tan At Curry Toyota Are Awesome John and Tan were amazing to work with. These two guys really did everything they could to get me in the truck we wanted and in the color we preferred John and Tan were amazing to work with. These two guys really did everything they could to get me in the truck we wanted and in the color we preferred for the price I could afford to pay. They are people of their word which is hard to find when purchasing a car. I never felt better leaving a dealership than I did last night. Tan went through every detail pertaining to the car and really took his time explaining it. We never felt pressure from them to make a deal right away. In fact, I already had a down payment at another dealership and a truck waiting for me but these guys made me feel so comfortable and they were so honest I got my deposit back and did business with them at Curry Toyota. Before you go anywhere else do yourself justice and go see John and Tan at Curry Toyota. You won't be sorry!!! More

My Experience at Toyota This is my second car I've leased from Curry Toyota and was greeted with much enthusiasm and kindness when I entered the dealership by Matt and John.. This is my second car I've leased from Curry Toyota and was greeted with much enthusiasm and kindness when I entered the dealership by Matt and John.. I gave an excellent rating because of the care and patience I received from John Contreras, Matt Servidio and Anthony Mercuri. However, I did not have a good experience with AiHam Alkhatib. He tried to help at the beginning, however, he gave me the wrong information in regard to my lease and was very pushy and rude. He gave me a price for the lease, in which I was not in agreement, but then after many phone conversations. called me back and told me "WE'VE AGREED UPON WHAT YOU REQUESTED, SO IT'S A DEAL, COME IN ON THURSDAY TO GET YOUR CAR" However, this was not the case when I went to get the car. Apparently, AiHam took it upon himself to make this agreement with me, without checking with the GM. However, after I spoke with Anthony and John we agreed on a lease and then things moved smoothly. This experience with AiHam caused me unnecessary stress, when this was to be a pleasant experience. I also did not appreciate AiHam putting himself in my face when I was signing the papers in Anthonys office and, asking if I was explained information regarding some sort of additional packages. It was not his place at that point, to push his way into Anthony's office to ask anything. I would definitely return to Curry, however, I WILL not have any conversations or dealings with AiHam. Easy and fast I was looking to get a new car for some time and worked with different dealers the last few months however they were unable to help me due to my car s I was looking to get a new car for some time and worked with different dealers the last few months however they were unable to help me due to my car situation. I decided to stop in my local Toyota dealership and Matt Servido was the first person to come up to me in the showroom. He introduce himself and invested much time in trying to find the best solution to get me into a new car that is affordable and reliable. He presented me with a plan that helped me get out of my old car and into a new 2017 Camry SE Sport edition. He walked me through all the different options which helped make my final decision a lot easier. He took care of all the paperwork and tied up any loose ends so i was able to drive out of the lot within a few days. John C also spent time working with my mother and I to ensure everything that was the ideal situation for us. Overall, Matt was wonderful, knowledgeable and treated us like we were family. This is probably the 5th car I have leased from Curry Toyota and I have been able to satisfy my requests to feel that I have gotten a fair deal. John Contreras, the Sales Manager, has been the manager since I have dealt with Curry and is a solid, trustworthy individual. The salesman I dealt with on the latest occasion, Xiaver, was very professional and did his best to satisfy any questions I asked. Coming from the Finance arena myself, I can be very demanding in my requests. Both John, Xiaver and Ai Hiam did an excellent job with my latest encounter. I will continue to deal with Curry and use their services as a result of John and Xiaver's professionalism. More

'My Toyota Experience' I initially went to Curry Hyndai to lease a car,and my experience there ok but not successful. I went over to Toyota and BINGO!!! They were able to offer a similar deal with no hassle and honesty. It took me less than a few hours and my decision was made. A few days later, I picked up my shiny brand new white Toyota! Matt the salesman was kind, helpful and very patient with me thru the process. He took his time and was extremely polite and courteous. Thank you John C. for having the perfect hand shake and making sure the process went smoothly with ease. If I am writing this review, you all did your job thoroughly with a mindful spirit. Right from the start they wanted to solve my problem and get me into the ri I came to Curry Toyota with a very unique situation involving my trade in. Right from the start they wanted to solve my problem and get me into the right vehicle. Jose Cardoza spent time listening to my issue and then even more time finding what vehicle would solve my problem. Jose was more concerned with making sure the vehicle was the right fit than trying to sell me something I would hate. This was a pleasant surprise at a dealership. I also dealt with John Contreras and Phil Giorgio who as managers did everything they could to overcome my unique issue. I was shocked where a “usual” dealer would’ve sent you on your way or said we can’t help you they said don’t worry we will get it done. John from start to finish made sure the transaction went fast and smooth despite the issues that I brought when trading my vehicle in. The last person I dealt with was Anthony Mercuri and he did everything he could to solve the issues around me financing. Despite him having other customers he spent as much time as needed and didn’t rush at all. In the end I left Curry Toyota one extremely happy customer shocked at the high level of customer service I was provided by all the staff I dealt with. If you’re in the market for a Toyota whether new or used I strongly recommend you stop in and see the staff here you won’t be disappointed. On a separate note I strongly suggest all the employees I’ve mentioned get recognized by Curry Toyota for their excellent level of customer service. More
