I met with Bruce Ascher who was personable, honest and knew his Tacomas. I also met with his his manager John C. who was friendly and reasonable. For me, negotiations on trading in a vehicle and buying a new one is usually filled with stress, tension and a marked degree of rancor. Not with these guys. They evaluated my trade, negotiated the price with me for what i thought was fair, and gave me a nice deal on the Tacoma truck i wanted. No stress, anxiety , or rancor. actually, it was a breeze. lastly I Met with Tony M who was the business manager or account wizard who took care of the financial paperwork. He was professional, thorough, polite and seemed very knowledgeable at his task. he didnt pressure me with add on warranties and the like. these three made this transaction a pleasant and stress free one with no complications or surprises. it went quite smooth. Although we had a hiccup with the promotional interest rate that they said expired from Toyota Finance less than 10 days after I signed the contract for the car, and after I put down a deposit, they did the right thing and honored the promotional rate. The other sell-up options were reasonable. We opted only for the extended warranty and the extended service plan. Given we plan to keep the car a long time and have it serviced at this dealership, it made sense. We worked with David in finance, who was excellent, patient and very helpful. More
