Bruce and John were very easy to talk with, and they listened to my wants and needs. Bruce took me to test drive a few different cars to help me determine if I wanted a different model this time. I decided to stick with the Corolla. When it came to color, I thought I liked one color, but there was not one on the lot. Then Bruce remembered that there was one in that color that was in for service that day, and he took me to see the color. That sounds simple, but it is really amazing customer service! Turned an unhappy customer to a Fan of Curry Toyota! Not every Auto Dealership is Trustworthy. Nor is every Car Salesman. I had an experience last week with Curry Toyota that showed me how a reputabl Not every Auto Dealership is Trustworthy. Nor is every Car Salesman. I had an experience last week with Curry Toyota that showed me how a reputable dealership earns the trust of customers. My daughter purchased a car there, had a signed contract, had $500 taken from her charge card. Two days later the salesperson called to say someone else bought it, come back and look for another car. Really?? Isn't this "Bait and Switch"? I was shocked!! I called and got in touch with the Sales Manager, John Contreros. I wanted her money back and nothing more to do with Curry. To make this long story short ... it is people like John that build the reputation of Curry Toyota. He worked with me diligently to make it right. He kept in touch .. he assigned Greg Dean to process paperwork and help my daughter from purchase to completion. John Contreros is an honest person. A gem to find in this industry. Greg Dean also showed us that one bad apple did not spoil the bunch. I highly recommend Curry Toyota, and if you run into any problems at all .. find John Contreros! .... Laurie More
