Extremely satisfied customer: There is a fine balance between ignoring a potential customer and being overbearing (I’ve experienced both). He asked us what we were looking for and actually listened, not trying to push us towards a vehicle outside our price range. The leasing process was smooth and their staff explained every step along the way. The president and general sales manager stopped in to greet and help us as well. There was no roping us in with a low number only to be surprised with a deluge of hidden fees, costs, etc. We highly recommend considering Hawthorne Chevy for your next lease of purchase.
