We were pleased to receive a call from Cynthia Rothschild informing us that the vehicle had just arrived. We scheduled an appointment for that same afternoon to see the truck. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Cynthia, who introduced us to Hank Eisenhauer, the Sales Manager. They engaged us in a friendly conversation about the truck, which heightened our excitement. Cynthia provided a thorough tour of the vehicle, answered all of our questions, and facilitated a test drive. The overall communication was excellent, and we appreciated the low-pressure environment that allowed us to make our decision at our own pace. When we decided to move forward with the purchase, we were able to speak directly with the Finance Manager, Andrew Horochovic. He meticulously addressed all of our inquiries and had our paperwork prepared in advance of our meeting. On the day of delivery, both Cynthia and Hank greeted us warmly, making us feel like part of the family. They introduced us to the team, including "Big John," John Duncsak, who assisted us with the paperwork in Andrew's absence. Overall, we are thrilled with our new truck and the outstanding service we received. Every member of the dealership was friendly, approachable, and eager to help, even to the extent that Cynthia came in on her day off to ensure we had a smooth experience. This has been, by far, the best experience we've ever had at a car dealership, and we will highly recommend Jim Curley GMC to others! More

Cynthia was friendly, knowledgeable, & paid attention to our needs without putting any pressure on us. John the manager also came out to say hello & offer any help. Both Cynthia & John represent the best in the business. Both are no pressure , but more high customer care people. This dealership reminded me more of a family business.
