Great Experience! John was extremely helpful in our purchase experience. We wanted to buy our first family truck and let him know what we wanted over the phone. By the time we arrived at the dealership, we noticed a very nice white truck sitting out front. He brought that out just for us to see the moment we got there. We ended up going with a different truck that John was able to point out. Never felt pressured or uncomfortable with his approach. He wanted to help us find the truck that we wanted.
