John stayed late, guided us through some decision points and made sure we didn't get beat up when it came time to talk price. We never felt pressured or rushed. He was kind and friendly. It was as if we bought a car from an old family friend. Better yet he was proud to be a veteran. This was an amazing first car purchase for my son and as long as John is selling cars he will have our business. By the time we had finished our purchase John felt like a member of the family.
