The deal was fair, I consider myself a good negotiator and an informed consumer so I knew what I wanted before even talking with them, John was very fair on my trade and I was out in an hour and a half on my way to Vegas. Full tank of fuel and freshly detailed. I own a construction company and will go back for my next trucks, I don't just get the plain XL, got the Lariat with more options than I was even looking for... Thanks! During the process of looking for a vehicle and getting the right one for me – the experience was outstanding! Mr. John Dye was nice, smart and accommodating to my needs when making a purchase that fits into my budget and an automobile that I would enjoy for years to come. Also, the finance manager was fantastic! The team at San Tan Ford was amazing! Normally, it’s a hassle to buy a car, however with this dealership, it was a No-Hassle experience! Better than I expected experience First I have to say that I have a very low opinion of car sale people due to past experiences. I'd rather stab myself in the eye than buy a car. I informed the person (John Dye) I was working with from the get go that I don't enjoy doing this and I'm a bigger believer in reviews. He listened to what I wanted and he was patient. The ridiculous "haggling" did occur at first but he listened to what I was willing to take for my trade-in. There also ended up being a fairly major paint issue with the vehicle I picked out the night before in the dark. When we came in the following day John was upfront and honest about the finding and offered another vehicle that was identical except a different color. I was bummed out by this at first but I'm very happy with the color now. The paperwork to get the vehicle went pretty quickly and the guy was friendly enough. He did try very hard though to sell us an extended warranty on a brand new vehicle. All in all my experience was better than what I expected. More
