I informed the person (John Dye) I was working with from the get go that I don't enjoy doing this and I'm a bigger believer in reviews. He listened to what I wanted and he was patient. The ridiculous "haggling" did occur at first but he listened to what I was willing to take for my trade-in. There also ended up being a fairly major paint issue with the vehicle I picked out the night before in the dark. When we came in the following day John was upfront and honest about the finding and offered another vehicle that was identical except a different color. I was bummed out by this at first but I'm very happy with the color now. The paperwork to get the vehicle went pretty quickly and the guy was friendly enough. He did try very hard though to sell us an extended warranty on a brand new vehicle. All in all my experience was better than what I expected. More
