This has to be the worst service department I have ever dealt with. A routine inspection took 2 hours and after an hour and a half I went to find out what was going on, I was told my car would be ready in dealt with. A routine inspection took 2 hours and after an hour and a half I went to find out what was going on, I was told my car would be ready in a few minutes. 45 minutes later, went back to the service desk and no one was there. Had to wait for someone to come and then she had to go running around to find my vehicle. I was there in November for an oil change and inspection and after 2 hours I received my vehicle but they forgot to do the inspection. Hence the reason I was there today to finally get the inspection. They are just so rude and the girl checking out, didn’t say 2 words to me. It was like I was bothering her, so arrogant. I guess they figure they have you there so they don’t care how they treat you. Lovemy KIA but will not buy another at Destination!!!! Last time I complained and left a bad review the service manager sent me a text telling me to contact him… WHAT??? He should be calling me, not me contacting him!!!! More

Before meeting Jonn I would rate it a 2. After meeting John it went up to a 5. He helped me more in one day then then the other 2 men I was dealing with did in 7 weeks of having my vehicle. After meeting John it went up to a 5. He helped me more in one day then then the other 2 men I was dealing with did in 7 weeks of having my vehicle. I want 7 weeks without a vehicle because they would not give me a loaner. After having to take my vehicle back and meeting John this time I was able to get a loaner while getting my vehicle fixed. I will highly recommend John to my family and friends before the other 2 I had to deal with. Just telling the customer what they want to hear and doing nothing to really help the situation like not giving a loaner for transportation doesn't sit to well. John came through for me he told me what every customer wants to hear (I'll take care of you). And follow through with action. Thank you John for all your help . Your the best. Laura loftis More

I had a mishap with my Kia Niro which resulted in a flat tire and the car being towed to the dealership. The tire was in stock and John from the service department expedited the service. I was able to pick tire and the car being towed to the dealership. The tire was in stock and John from the service department expedited the service. I was able to pick the car up later that day. Thank you John and Destination Kia for continued excellent service. More
