They were high pressure, misinforming, pushing warranties and obviously did not value our time. We spent six hours at the dealership given the impression they were partnered with our credit union and all papers could be signed there. They didn't tell us if we chose our credit union's warranty we had to go there to sign the papers. Had we been told that from the beginning we could have saved hours of time. It took only 40 minutes with our credit union to complete the transaction. Absolutely ridiculous! More

We looked ata couple of cars and then left. The second dealership we stopped at, we got out of our car and looked around for about fifteen minutes and a salesperson never even greeted us even though there were four of them standing at the front of the building talking. The next dealership we stopped at was Allen Turner Hyundai. We got out of the truck and before we even started looking Mona greeted us with a smile and a very friendly hello. She asked what we were looking for and actually listened. She took us inside which I hate to say made me a little nervous to go inside before looking but then she brought us a list of all of the cars she had for us to look st. She helped us go over the list and pick out all of the ones we were interested in seeing and then drove us to the other lot where they were. She took the time to show us all ten cars with a smile on her face the whole time. She never once made us feel like we were taking up too much of her time. She made us want to buy a car from her. We we really only looking because we did not need this new car for another year when our daughter turns sixteen, but because Mona was so pleasant and easy to work with we ended up buying a car. More

No Pressure and Plenty of Help I was motivated to visit Allen Turner Hyundai after visiting a different dealer in Fort Walton Beach. They were fine, but we just couldn't agree on t I was motivated to visit Allen Turner Hyundai after visiting a different dealer in Fort Walton Beach. They were fine, but we just couldn't agree on the price. Sam Veloz was the first agent I met when I drove into Allen Turner. Sam asked me what I was looking for and immediately started showing me different vehicles. I finally settled on a slightly used vehicle and Sam took care of everything. Unfortunately, it was the end of the day and the detailing crew had left, so I had to (gladly) return the next day for that and to finalize some paperwork. I told the Finance Manager that Sam did not need to show up as I did not want him to miss out on any potential sales opportunities. No sooner had I said that, than Sam was there. We had a wonderful conversation and I learned just how wonderful a person he is. If you have a opportunity to have Sam take care of your car needs or if you just happen to bump into him, take advantage of his awesome service and kind spirit. More
