The whole process from beginning to end was easy and fun. Joey was extremely friendly, helpful, and easy to talk with. From our initial communication by email and phone, to all the face to face paperwork, he really knows his stuff and is not pushy whatsoever, which is so nice in car sales. John in finance was a pleasure as well, and had everything ready for more smooth and easy business. The whole process was very streamlined and fun and I'd do it all over again if I could. Raul came out to meet us and was quite patient and helpful as we worked him fairly hard looking at many vehicles before settling on a Nissan Murano. Both Raul and Matt the manager worked hard to ensure we were satisfied. They even went above and beyond in making the decision to replace the battery in the car we were purchasing. The battery still had some life in it, but when evaluated was a little down on cranking amps. With no hesitation or dickering they installed a new battery. Piece of mind coupled with personable and knowledgeable staff. A great experience for us. More

When I arrived my brother, sister, and myself decided we were getting him a new car. Mr. Davis explained the sale on their senatas and could give me even more off because I am a veteran. I have horibble credit so I thought I wouldn't be able to get any financing but after only being there for 15 min we were informed we were approved and he showed us our rate options. 140$ a month for a 2017 with 18 miles on it. Never seen my dad more excited. I had to leave for work so my dad signed all his side of the paper work and I returned the next day and they asked if my dad could come back up he had a few more signatures to do. Confused I asked what he had left to sign. They surprised me even more! He informed me that he was able to get the price down even more! So even after we agreed on the price, they still went over and beyond and worked to lower price even more! Who does that? They are defiantly for the people not the paycheck. They also threw in a professional detail job, 5 years of free oil changes, warranty for tires, the paint job, and so much more. This place is amazing. I have always been against dealerships because they are money hungry but this experience has defiantly changed my outlook on buying new instead of used. Highly recommend them. More
