I had known for several months that the Macan was my choice and had researched most of my questions but those final steps with John Fontaine made me absolutely confident in my decision. John is a warm and knowledgeable professional who thoughtfully listened and was so very patient as I went through my wish list of options. The car I was looking for was on site and after a fun test drive, I said yes to GM Mikail Moiseyev’s amazing purchase offer. John’s follow through on ensuring a seamless delivery made everything so easy! I spent the first day driving along the Boston coastline and could not be happier.
