New Jeep-er I am overall happy to say that I walked in to the dealership one evening with a faint hope that I'd get the car that I really wanted; however was able I am overall happy to say that I walked in to the dealership one evening with a faint hope that I'd get the car that I really wanted; however was able to walk out of there a couple of hours later with a fair trade in price for my old car, manageable monthly payments, a pleasant experience with the employees and MY brand new Trailhawk! Jacki Burke was a tremendous help with this process and even emailed me first thing the next morning that I had forgotten my CD's in my old car and they are on her desk. It's hard to find that kind of consideration these days but it is here. I am very happy with my families' first Jeep purchase! More

On the way, we decided to trade in my 2006 Ford Don Smith was wonderful to work with. We arrived to look at and purchase a Chrysler Town & Country. On the way, we decided to trade in my 2006 Ford Escape for my husband's van. I decided to lease a car after the first of the year. Don mentioned that the best time to lease was in December as dealers tried to sell out their inventories, and there were major deals to be had. By the end of the evening, my husband drove away in his new 2012 Town & Country Touring L, and I drove away in my newly leased Chrysler 300S. We got the colors and extras we wanted, and both of us have been smiling since. Don's gentle demeanor and friendly conversation were more than enough to keep us there long enough to seal both deals. I walked in on a whim after I had already decided, been approved and ready to pick up another brand. I have never had or considered a Chrysler product, my current boss retired from Chrysler management and had suggested that i at least test drive one. I am so sure this is/has been the right decision. Then I met Jacki and she was just beaming with positivity, soon as we got to talking we connected right from the beginning. She picked my brain to figure out what I was looking for. I told her I was looking for a reliable vehicle for my fiancé under $30k, she took me out to the lot and showed me the Dodge Dart (awesome car btw), then showed me the 2015 Chrysler 200 Sport and I was sold. It wasn't just the design of the car, it was the way Jacki talked about the car. It had all these cool features, but she presented that information in a way where I could relate it to certain circumstances that you normally encounter when you drive. I new at that moment I wasn't just browsing anymore, I was going to leave with a vehicle. John talked over the financial side of it with me and explained everything in detail, plus he was a really cool dude. James, Scott and Tom also helped out big time...just the whole team at this dealership are personable and accommodating. At the end, I brought the car home to surprise my fiancé and she LOVED it! Jacki was super helpful and everyone she introduced me to at the dealership were extremely nice and awesome. Hands down, the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle.
