Although the dealership was very busy, my wife and I received prompt and courteous attention. When we had to wait our turn in the purchase process the staff made sure we were comfortable. I really wasn't going to buy a car, but I talked to Rick Larue and he was so helpful and attentive that the deal just came together. Great to work with, very informative, tried to determine my needs not just sell me a car. I highly recommend Rick! John was very helpful in putting the contract together. He did sell but wasn't pushy. He listened to my reasons and did not argue with me. He gave me what I wanted and did it perfessionally and personably. Great job done by all! This is the second car I have bought at Suburban and will come back when I need a new one! More

My experience shopping for a new car was wonderful. Joe Bellomo was very helpful and great to deal with. He answered all of my questions and concerns and I felt very informed and at ease making such a big Bellomo was very helpful and great to deal with. He answered all of my questions and concerns and I felt very informed and at ease making such a big purchase. He helped us pick out a 2011 Jeep Liberty Jet Edition and me and my wife love it. My 2 brothers have shopped there and recommended Joe and his dealership. Needless to say, they were right. I will continue to purchase all my vehicles from Suburban Jeep Dodge and Joe will be the one I will be seeing to do it. I am looking forward to seeing him later this year as I look to purchase or lease a new Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 Quad Cab. I am also impressed with the quality and styling (interior/exterior) of the new Dodge trucks and Jeep vehicles. I will be supporting them in the future. This is coming from someone who has bought nothing but new GM vehicles his entire life - 10 to be exact. I also work for GM too. I have changed my loyalty to the new Chrysler. Great job! More

My sales agent, Jim Colovos, was extremely helpful in putting together a sales package that could work for me. Mike Gerrard explained the financing and the available options clearly. If the service department is even half as good as these two gentlemen were, this will be a great Chrysler dealership. More

I am pleased to recommend Suburban Chrysler Jeep of Troy to any and all interested parties. I found the staff to be professional, courteous, and helpful. A special mention is needed for my salesperson, Dane Taylor, who gave me a most advantageous lease price for my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, along with a smooth trouble-free return of my old Jeep. His friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge of the car, and financial "helps" in arriving at the lowest price possible for me made the entire transaction seamless and enjoyable. A special nod also to John Gerrard, business manager, who explained in a clear and non-hurried manner all the documents that had to be signed. Again, a 5-star experience for me!! More

I had a great experience at Suburban Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge. My wife and I met with Joe Bellomo during our initial visit. He was extremely considerate and took the time to answer all of our questions. He explained the options available with the Grand Cherokee in detail and took us on a tour of the vehicles in inventory so we could look at and become comfortable with our exterior color and interior trim choices. Joe located a vehicle that met our requirements and was able to make it available to us quickly. We also met with Business Manager John Gerrard to discuss our extended warranty and care package options. John clearly explained the available options and the associated benefits. John took the time to answer each and every question we asked and he made the completion of all paperwork a quick and easy process. After delivery (and after the dealership had closed for the weekend) we noticed a cosmetic issue with our new vehicle. We left Joe a voicemail that evening and Joe promptly returned our call first thing Monday morning. Later Monday evening we met with Joe along with Sales Manager Ben Heer and Service Manager Jim Grove. We discussed the concern and they made certain that it was resolved promptly and to our complete satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with our experience - from before the sale, during the sale, and resolution of our concerns after we had taken delivery. We look forward to the same level of care from the Service Department. We will recommend Suburban Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge (as well as the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee) to family and friends. More
